Regional exclusives in eggs were kind of debunked. Like, you can hatch your own regional exclusive from an egg, but you would need to pick up an egg from another region to hatch their regional exclusive. (So in North America we can hatch Tauros, but never a Mr. Mime, Kangaskhan, or Farfetch'd unless we book a flight). And with regional exclusives being more common in the wild now, it might just be easier to catch one in that region rather than trying your luck with an egg from that region.

If you don't want to purchase one you can go ask on the weapons borrowing and lending board if anyone has one they'll temporarily lend for collateral! I assume you've got a tier 6 or greater pet who isn't the one you're wanting to make hungry?

I have a Clawed glove, if you wanted to borrow it to see how you like the way it works before you buy. Sometimes it works great..and sometimes it will not curse the pet with hunger because it's being a pain in the tuchus. XD I use it to feed my pet chi, since she's my main battler AND my gourmand. It's a t6, so i make battleborn try and curse Chi. =0P
