I wasn't sure if I should put this here, in the Art/Content/Item Issues board, or file a ticket. Please let me know if it's the wrong place!

So, I managed to buy a Stemless Mulled Wine Glass in a 10-15 second window of Subeta working on Wednesday. Now that the site is back up, I can navigate everything fine, but the Stemless Mulled Wine Glass is giving me problems. It's in my inventory and I can click on it to bring up all of my options, but from that point forward, no matter what option I choose, I get a "bad gateway" or "gateway time-out" page.

I try to put it in my shop = bad gateway / gateway time-out I try to put it in my vault = bad gateway / gateway time-out I try to lock it in my inventory = bad gateway / gateway time-out Move to wardrobe = bad gateway / gateway time-out Put in treasure = bad gateway / gateway time-out

I don't want to try donating, deleting, sending it to a friend, or feeding it to a pet because I don't want to risk one of those options working. I wanted to let you all know in case for some reason, this particular item may be causing site issues or if mine is glitched because I bought it when the site was unstable.

Again, it's only this item. I have moved other items into my vault and shops with no problem whatsoever.

Okay, so after doing a bit more work with my inventory, it's not just the Stemless Mulled Wine Glass. I am having significant trouble with that particular item not wanting to do anything. But I'm also having issues with any item that I want to put into one of my shops.

not just you. Putting items or removing them from shops is the only issue I have at the moment. Quickstocking gives a bad gateway as does adding an item individually. I always have trouble with my Unique Gallery shop but figure that is because it is huge (going for the achievement). Hopefully when the site is all sorted this will be fixed too.

Another one with the same problem, seems not everything has been put quite right just yet.

I'm having similar issues - quickstock won't work to put items in my shop (bad gateway or timeout).

be careful guys when using quickstock. my items disappear each time i use quickstock. none going into the shop, but the first item always poof. with the cloudflare error page.

Ah shoot. I tried using quickstock dozens of times yesterday, and noticed an item would occasionally disappear but assumed it went to my shop... no idea what items they were though since I had a very full inventory.

In other site-glitch-news, also having trouble taking items out of my shops as well as purchasing from user shops. Aka it's impossible to do quests right now unless I restock the items from main shops.

It takes like 10 - 15 minutes till items are moved eventually!

I think this is happening to me as well. I end up having to refresh because the page lags on forever, and then it's only moved a few items, so I end up having to repeat the process thre or four times.

Lost a ton of items trying to move them to my gallery or vaults.

Should've known this issue was still present. ugh!!!!!!

Think we'll all just have to be patient while they try to sort the sight out, as for me I'm giving up for now and try back later to see if anything has improved. Good luck everyone!

Quickstock not working is very frustrating

It sure would be nice if someone from staff was working on fixing this and letting us know what's going on. Especially after the huge screw up with the trees and the long downtime. The site is back up, but running very poorly, and staff seems to be MIA again.

Same issues.. can't stock any shops, quests lag when trying to buy then I somehow end up buying 3-4 of the needed item then the quest claims I don't have the items... when they are in my invo. Then I keep going back to said quest.. eventually hard refreshed.. now my Saggi quests say I did 16 out of 15. That isn't supposed to happen is it?

I just noticed that I lost items during quickstock, but I have no idea which items are missing because my inventory was so full. Should I file a ticket for this? Someone said earlier that they moved to the shop eventually but I don't really have a way to check that.

I can confirm they eventually move to the shop/gallery. The items I lost reappeared......
