Hi, not sure if this the right area to report this, but I just lost some items during some weird connectivity issues. I kept getting this page that told me, my browser was working, and the cloudflare was working, but that subeta was not connecting. It was intermittant, if I waited and refreshed long enough, the page would come back up and I could go back to what I was doing, which was moving items from my vault, into my inventory and then into my new pet's treasure chest. Several items got lost somewhere between my inventory and Perez's treasure chest, including Fatty Chickadee and Dark Shaman Buck Skull. I'm sure some others were lost, but those two I know for sure. I don't know if there is any way this can be checked, or my items retrieved. In any case, I thought I would report it, so maybe it won't happen to anyone else. :( I am using Google Chrome with Windows Vista, if that matters.

I lost few items while using the quick stock.. the quick stock moved 1 item every time after the site fell down.. so I lost like 3-4 items.. I don't know which ones.. and it's impossible to open a ticket..

I think some of my wardrobe items also got eaten when I tried to put them in my gallery. D:

I can only guess what I lost - used quickstock, but all items went into Nirwana and not in my shop. I don't know exactly what was in my inventory. This is not funny anymore.

I didn't get to get my last day of Melody Items because the site was down all day...:( could not get connected to get them...

: Quick stock is still deleting items if during the processing a 502 error occurs. I tested with something cheap. Maybe you should disable the feature until the issues are solved?

yep. lost several items too after attempting quickstock. don't know how many i lost before the downtime since i did try a lot and items do disappear one by one. i thought they go through, but after reading this and testing, they are definitely lost.

hopefully you guys resolve this soon. or at least disable quick stock page. don't want angry mob running at you. bad way to start 2016.

Actually, the problem is - I don't know if it happens to you, as well - that the items vanish when connectivity problems happen and then reappear in your inventory or your shop few minutes later. Which is very annoying, specially when you've used the QS or you're doing a quest and time is running out. Hope the administrators and programmers solve this issue soon!

Yes, I am. I tested it with a cheap plushie today again - it is gone. Mind, it may happen, and only if a 502/504 error occurs while processing.
