Getting the 504 error when I try to collect. Got x2 beanbags, x2 carrots, and 1x remains.

Trying to delete manually or quickstock of course throws yet another 504 error (though I think it only throws it with the Mystical Bitten Carrot). Not sure how much sP I gained because of the errors so I made a couple of 1k vouchers to delete.

I have the same problem reported by other user. I got the 504 error and some duplicate, but I'm not sure about money... I will delete the items, but I don't know if I should do something else.

Also getting the 504 error and multiples of the items (except the remains). I've removed any duplicates, not sure if I got the sP or not but it is now telling me (unlike before) that I've collected today.

Same thing happened to me last night. I tried to collect Melody's gifts but I got a cloudflare error so I tried again. After refreshing the page, I noticed that it still said "collect today's gifts" so I clicked again hoping another try would do the trick, but got another cloudflare error. When I finally clicked my inventory I noticed I'd received 3-6 copies of each item, and the sidebar showed I'd gained the achievement. Deleting extras now, as I was unable to do so last night due to connectivity issues.

I got the 504 error as well and I've got 5x Mystical Bitten Carrot in my inventory, no other Melody items from yesterday (31th december).

I got the 504 error multiple times when trying to get the items from Melody's Cottage yesterday (achievement didn't update with the 31st day though) - ended up with Krampus Snow Fairy Remains x3 Mystical Bitten Carrot x9 Baby Penguin Beanbag x6

....leaving them in my inventory for the moment, until the site is definitely stable enough to delete the extras (still getting 504 errors today)

I got some cloud flare issues as well and now I have 4 of each Melody item of yesterday.. I did eventually got the achievement for visiting 31 days and got that item only once (put it in my wardrobe) Should I delete the duplicates until I have one of each? And if I have to file a ticket in which category should I file it?

I received duplicates of Krampus Snow Fairy Remains, Mystical Bitten Carrot and Baby Penguin Beanbag - I had two of each in my inventory today. I've deleted the extras.

I have three of the carrot, but none of the other items from yesterday and no achievement. I assume I should wait before doing anything else...? I don't want to delete proof of the fact I did indeed visit yesterday.

do we still need to file a ticket though. I deleted the extras I got from the 30th Of December items from Melody

Thank you so much. Deleting all my extras from both days. Had 3 straps, 2 puppets, 1 scrap and then 2 carrots and one beanbag and one fairy remains. I got the Winter Night Pen Set and the achievement. I am not filing a ticket because it was said it was not needed if you delete extras.

So, today I deleted all extas from Melody, I just have the double achievement pize, I tried to delete it and it didn't work, it just stays. I'll try it again tomorrow, if it still not works, I'll fill a ticket.

I was able to (sort of) access the site very early in the morning (Subeta time) on December 31st. I received 2 Mystical Bitten Carrots, 2 Baby Penguin Beanbag, and 1 Krampus Snow Fairy Remains. I have deleted one of the carrots and one of the beanbags. (I have moved the singular copies of each to my Vault for now.) I did not receive the achievement or the achievement prize for visiting on the 31st.

So I ended up with 3 of the Mystical Bitten Carrot, and me of everything else for the 31st. I deleted the extra 2 carrots. Just checking that there isn't anything else I need to do.... I have no idea if I got extra sP or not.

I got three of the Krampus Rawhide Strap and two of the Winter Sunset Bunny Puppet. I have deleted these. Also curious if there is anything else I need to do.
