Yep, just asking for Carnivale all the time

I am the same, just asking for Carnivale every stinking single time. Now it won't even let me buy it and I can't finish my Shinwa quests!!!

Started Shinwa and it was a Library quest and I was asked for this:
No such item:
Shop Search
No such item:
Shop Search
Finish Quest Quit Quest
Click on SS and it comes up blank.
Same thing for the 2nd quest.

I'm having the same issue as Glimmer. It's kind of annoying doubled with all the cloudflare problems going on right now.

The library quest kept asking me for copies of Keith vs Cyde and 76 Card Games
<p>I saw that shop buying out other peoples&; stock, as well as that of Heather - The Dork. The question is whether or not they noticed the Library quests were glitching with only those two books and decided to take advantage of it, or if it was just standard price matching.
I have little faith in people, and naturally assume said individual is taking advantage of the situation. I see no other reason why absolutely no other shop has them.
Of course, now there are no Carnivale books in shops at all.
It is possible I'm being uncharitable, though. It looks like they may price high on a lot of things anyway, it's just that the market caught up to their otherwise very high cut-off point. Which could also look like 'buying out' when it was actually just people running through the rest of the supply. So I rescind my insinuation and apologize for it.
I just hope Keith sorts this out soon.

This same thing (asking for the same item over and over) happened with Cinthia a while ago too. There's a price cap on the requested items now, and since the book prices are so high at the moment, only 1 or 2 books are currently under the limit. ...Or were at some point when the pool was defined on the day; the prices have of course skyrocketed since then. 'No such item' means that no books at all were within the set price range.

this should be better, there was a problem with the query but now the pool's at about 135 items (still not enough, but better than two! i'm working on it), and i also reset everyone's library quests for the day.
