Same. Currently avatar is not updating clothing change or virus' stage change.

I have reported the stage difference.
If you are missing a base or base features, first make sure that they are above any BGs/clothing that covers and if that does not work, try this: https://subeta.net/repair_avatar.php
If your HA is just all the way broken, please file a ticket and a UA can reset it (although you may want to try the above repair link first).
If your outfit has not updated and you have cleared your cache and hard refreshed, it may have to do with the stages not updating and please be patient while a programmer looks into this!

I have the HA-never-updating problem, and I have a new one: my strain kinda regressed? I was on stage 4, and now it shows stage 3 on hovers and previews. x_x It was showing stage 4 before.

I don't know about the avatar saving problem since I'm not changing my avatar again yet but I'm having the stage difference problem. I checked my preview link and it's showing the next stage of strain, while my avatar with the clothes on it is still a stage behind.

No, I will not reset my avatar. Why? Because it will NOT change anything.
I am still stuck in the same stage. My virus is not progressing. I bought layers this morning and YET, my Donna lashes are still not showing.
I checked your preview link and it's showing the next stage. You're having the same problem as I am. I also tried to add a new item to my avatar and it has yet to show up.

Did all the steps again. It did remove my 2 lipsticks, as I wanted. However, my eyes aren't updating.

My virus progressed, but I still can't have my eyes back. And no, my default eyes are not layered over them.
Did you attempt to resave your avatar?

Yes. At least more than 2 times.
My HA is still missing an eye item and I checked the layers. I can't buy any more and I don't have more than 6 items on which is how many a GA allows. It was fine yesterday, can't get to work today. -_-
Having the same issue as [user=Cresenta]. Wardrobe says I can have 5 items on my face, but then when I do 2 of them don't show up. I've tried buying layers and taking everything off, saving, putting everything back on and saving as well as clearing my cache multiple times and nothing has worked.

I'm not alone! YAY! Sorry I was kinda losing my mind a bit thinking it was just me haha xD Hope this gets fixed for us both soon!
@Cresenta Nah, you definitely aren't alone. xD I've been having this problem for a few hours now and I keep hoping it would get fixed but it hasn't. xD My poor HA is so ugly. Like bleh, here's to hoping we'll get a fix soon though. /cheers
