If you are missing a base or base features, first make sure that they are above any BGs/clothing that covers and if that does not work, try this: https://subeta.net/repair_avatar.php

If your HA is just all the way broken, please file a ticket and a UA can reset it (although you may want to try the above repair link first).

If your outfit has not updated and you have cleared your cache and hard refreshed, it may have to do with the stages not updating and please be patient while a programmer looks into this!

They are looking into it again!

Are they new items to the site or just new items to your wardrobe. If it is just to your wardrobe, hard refresh and clear your cache. If it is new to site let me know!
