I am so sorry guys! I thought I had responded to this! If you did not receive the achievement, please make a ticket and a lovely UA can award it to you!

This SHOULD be fixed but as we will not know until next December, I will leave this open. We have calendared to check on the report then!

Guys, I wanted to update you on this. If you should have gotten it last year, then file a ticket and a UA can manually award you this achievement. It was supposed to be retired last year and wasn't. But as that is not your fault, they will honor it! Just file a ticket and they can verify that you decorated your tree last year.
