Well, this year's MMs so far were: 3 duds, one with game prizes and the rest who sent one, max. 2 items and disappeared on me... Today is one of the vanishing ones. :/ I'm not happy with it.

I'm disappointed that my MM partner is so absent today.

Why sign up if you're not going to participate?

Edit: It's not that I want a bunch of presents or anything, but I put a lot into sending over a wave of gifts. They could at least send me something small in return.

What a dud today.

Great MM today after 11 days of duds. Started slow with 100k items, now we're up to 5M+ items. I have to get to bed now, but can't wait to see what awaits me in the morning!

I'm so upset that I've had about4 to 5 duds in a row. I just want to have a fun gift giving war D:

finally a live one! scurried off pretty quickly but at least they actually tried first.

Finally got a good one yesterday. They actually sent messages and thoughtful gifts! Hopefully today's will be good as well.

OK...No answer as yet. It hasn't been to long since I joined, but I think I should suppose it's a dud. Alright, their loss. :)

Today's Melody is amazing! they're not only active but we both seem to be having a great time! We started off slow with some cheap but nice gifts and quickly climbed into the several millions. I'm glad I started saving up XD

Same here. I had one great MM, few nice/okay ones, and rest of the days were horrible. Today my MM sent one one item,then disappeared without a notice.

I'm starting to be ready on giving up...

my mm is awesome today... nothing extremely expensive but themes, communication and even a couple jokes, :)

Siiiiigh, I wish I could get an MM that would do more than just send one gift and disappear. I try to communicate and just...poof! >< Not sure why I bother...

Yesterday my MM was awesome! We exchanged gifts all day! But today, i dunno about them. Does anyone else feel like it's rude to send back gifts you've received from your partner? I feel like it is, and i'm always careful to not send back items i got from them, but this person keeps sending back my gifts. Like, you don't have to like them, but i feel a little shot down getting them back

Eh I get my first no-show today, but its my first so that's not too bad considering the rest of the thread's luck. Here's hoping tomorrow I can send all my themed items :)

How's everyone else doing today with theirs?

I feel it's rude. I once did it by accident few years ago, and spend quite a while looking for items with "sorry" in their name (this was before you could send notes with items). Once it could be accident, but if they keep sending items back I wouldn't even bother sending anything.

today's MM has been great!

i think they sent back most if not all the gifts i sent them :( i stopped sending them a while ago, definitely won't be sending them anything tonight before reset

little early to tell... but it seems today's is a dud... sad for you silent melody... I had lots of good stuff

Hopefully its just too soon to tell and yours gets active soon. Someone mentioned not long ago, forget who?, that there should be like a strike system against people who don't actually participate for more than a couple days. That would def prevent people from getting multiple silent MM partners, I don't think its a bad idea at all.
