I'm off to the hospital with some extremely painful stabbing painful pains in my colon I think.... my guts.... and it is reminiscent of my bout of diverticulitis with nasty infection on my bladder. Same spot, same pain. So I'm going to the er this morning and I'll see what's going on and if I have to stay. merry Christmas to me....

Hey all. I'm sorry I am NEVER here any more. This has been a CRAZY year for me! My dad passed away in February. :( I was put on an experimental drug for my kidney disease around this same time last year, right before Christmas. It was supposed to prolong the need for me to go on dialysis. It didn't work, however, & my kidney disease progressed rapidly. At the end of July, I started dialysis. So now I go every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. I had to apply for disability, & I can no longer drive. Well, I CAN, but I live with my mom & she doesn't want me to. I still have a license, I just pretty much can't use it. No car, & no insurance.

On a more positive note, I reconnected with an old boyfriend on a social media site, & we're back together. Saw him just the other day for the first time in 25 years. I'm still married, but have been separated from my husband for 2 & a half years. Time to go to the court house & file for divorce, so I can be with my new man! Hopefully 2016 will bring new & better for things for me, as 2013-2015 haven't been the best of years. :(

I wish everyone here happy holidays, & a joyous new year! And just because I'm not around often, doesn't mean I've forgotten you all. I will be here, when I can!

I hope things get really better for you. I hope you can get a kidney so you will not have to be on dialysis anymore.

I know what you mean . I get lost in looking at everyone's wish list. Things I've never seen too! :

Had my last Bible study for the year. One of the women is 90. She became unresponsive and I had to call the ambulance for her. She was back to herself before they got here. They were backed up with calls. Bad time of year for elderly people they said. So blessed that one of the women who is in our group is a nurse. It was good that the 90 year old was here when it happened. She said she's told doctors about it and they just listen with no concern. I talked to her daughter who works at the hospital. Maybe a doctor in emergency will pay attention and see what's causing her to faint. She's really got a sharp mind and is a joy to be with.

I pray you have a safe trip and your husband's appointment goes well dear.

Wishing you all to be well and not stressed. Enjoy the holidays. It can get overwhelming. Hope you all get the rest you need and if you're traveling or have relatives coming that the roads are good.

Edit= was writing while the ones above were. I pray you have nothing serious wrong with you this time and it's a quick fix to get rid of that pain. I pray you will have a better year too dear. You've really had a rough time. I hope you and your old boy friend enjoy your renewed friendship!!! I too pray that you'll get a kidney!

I'm glad your friend is ok, it sounds like she needs a new doctor! I can't believe they just pooh-pooh it off like that! :( I hope they take her seriously now.

It's been a crazy week back. I had 2 interviews this week for the same company and got the offer yesterday to start work on January 4th! This truly comes at a perfect time because we are house hunting and hubby's business is slow. I'm super excited for it! That being said, I will have to rearrange the Food Truck and Bookmobile activity times for the weekend since I won't have the time to do them during the week. Hopefully it will be busier on the weekend too with more players around. :)

I'm around a bit today to get some more tree stuffing done and questing.

hey everyone. I'm home. Had a bad bout of diverticulitis. I won't explain what it is cuz it's a little gross. But they got antibiotics in me and I'm doing just fine. Thanks everyone for your kind words of good health.

oh ouch! i hope the meds will help and if not go back to the doc (liusten to this nurse, lol).
