I'm still borderline melt down tbh :( I have to do my best to just not break down. Now i'm home in my new comfy sofa stuffing my face with biscuits, and feeling ok. But once i leave the house or even think about doing anything my energy levels lower, i get panicky, and everything just becomes too much. If I stay in this state i might have to consider a hospital because every morning my body protests more and more to just get out of bed. And if i do get out of bed everything hurts and i feel miserable.

Today i was able to sleep in for the first time in 4 weeks and it felt good, but i have zero motivation to work on my test which had to be finished on monday and is still not finished.

Just remember that you just gotta make it through one day at a time and use distraction methods. Watch netflix, play around with whatever for a bit. You're allowed to take some time for yourself to recover and regenerate.

I was tempted to spend a fuckton of sp yesterday to catch team nature up but that would have been like 1.6b at the time and I was all "lolno." and now its like 5b to catch up which is even more "lolno."

i just can't netflix or relax anymore :( I had to hand in my end test monday, i'm still working on it. And because today is home study I can't exactly ask my teacher for help. I really wanted my test to be over tomorrow so i could have a calm weekend. I feel like i can't relax until it's over. I wanted to finish it yesterday so i could relax today and use my monthly sick day on friday for a long weekend to recover. But nope, test didn't get finished yesterday.

Those 2 weeks of scrum project and now 2 weeks of test just destroyed me. And I have to be al right by tuesday because then i have a job interview.

My dog just sat on me, crushing my macbook and my body ... and stealing the cookie i was eating out of my hand. seriously i wanted a relaxing day, he bit me 10 minutes ago and my arm is sore now and it's turning purple. And then he ruins my relaxing moment by almost destroying my macbook.
