Getting consistent huge delays, and occasional site down errors, only when attempting to buy mainshop items from shop search while questing. Restocking from the main shops themselves is working fine, as is buying from other user shops.

I've been getting some delays like this too, except mine have been happening in user shops as well.

Also getting delays when trying to feed things to my pet or sometimes with training and setting alerts for things. These delays are more inconsistent though.

yes, so annoying. i click buy and it lags out. it also shows the item count has gone down, which means you bought it. but it doesn't show up in your inventory. if i try buying again and it lags out again, i have to wait like another minute for the items to show up in my inventory. it seems to be happening when you buy from the shop page not just shop search

This is so frustrating. It seems to happen more around the beginning of the hour as with the rest of the lag, but I'm not sure if it's limited to that time frame.

It's starting to drive me a little batty!!!

I'd love to know why the lag sets in every hour on the hour and lasts for 10 minutes. What is going on that's making this happen? During that time I get stalled buying from the main shops while questing and it takes forever to get my pets out of training (15 of them are single training at a time). I wish someone would tell us what it is and how long this is expected to last.

Ugh, this is happening for me too. :( I try to buy an item from a main shop, it lags out, and then when I go back to the shop search, the item is gone from the shop but is not in my inventory.

Noticed it's still happening... and yup, can confirm it's started just as the hour ticked over.

And then you end up with 3 of the items in your inventory because you think the purchasing hasn't gone through.

I thought it was just me, but this is the same exact problem I'm having. It started majorly interfering with my questing/restocking. I hope it gets fixed so I can enjoy restocking without stress again.

I've basically stopped buying from main shops during quests for this reason.

This is an issue all around the site, pet training, shop pricing, buying main shop items instead of user shop items. .

I can confirm it's affecting pet zapping as well. And I'm pretty sure it's eating my tokens without giving me anything but a CD. Then again, on at least on one occasion, I'm pretty sure I got more than one zap out of all the lag and "subeta is down" pages (from canceling the page loading and then refreshing and clicking the button again and repeating out of frustration).

Gonna concur I also struggle with buying any items from user shops through search function, and in trying to train pets. The latter means that I can cancel the loading page if I get impatient, and reload, but it doesn't award me the session's stats (and thus takes the sP for it anyway).

Now that I'm aware it's not an actual issue on my end (I just had a fancy new graphics card installed on my PC, and our internet stabilised finally), I'm gonna try to keep better track rather than just say "pretty sure," but I figured I'd post here with my experiences, too, in the mean time.

Edit: okay I can sort of prove what I mean with the zapping, at least. It just took my browser some time to stop caching the previous stuff?

Proving, like, short of screenshots I don't have, I mean.

I know for a fact my current pet I'm zapping (Sunburst) was the too-creepy spider experiment (bc that's what it got zapped to a while back, and as I'm very very scared of spiders, I make sure to cover the screen and I try not to look at that side whenever I'm going to the page for training Petrified and Astrous). This is what it was before I used the zapper earlier today during the lag spike. I tried roughly 3-4 times to get the Zapper to work (clicking the button, waiting for it to load and watching it endlessly cycle like it would load but never loading, hitting the x button on my browser, reloading, and trying again).

But the thing is: when it finally loaded, I got the message telling me it zapped my dust in my inventory into more dust. It didn't change the species/colour or anything like that.

Cue to me going to train again later after my first post (pre-edit) to this thread: my pet is also now a glacier antlephore... I haven't zapped it to one, nor changed it in any way on my own power. As far as I know there's no event that can alter species/colour like this, correct?

I also keep very careful track of my zapped treasure increases for giggles, and I know my treasure count for this pet also went up. This part it's of course possible I missed a random event. But coupled with the above, I'm not so sure?

To me it seems like if I click without waiting for the "Subeta is Down!" inevitability, I end up with multiple zaps (and my token count does go down as well) occurring somehow.
