I watched Cryaotic play it before getting it myself (because money sucks) but even not playing it myself, the story broke me.

I'm right before the Asgore fight right now (Pacifist run), played it in one full go up until that point. I haven't touched the game since because I'm so anxious about it, and the Flowey fight afterwards lmao

Undertale took over my life uwu... my friends are really into it and dropping 60000 arts requests about it on me. I'm literally going to be drawing it for the rest of my living days (and beyond!).

I finally beat Sans on the geno(s)cide route.I ke(y)pt dying at his fina(i)l blaster attack because oh bone are you slow. I had a bad tem : ( .

Just played through it yesterday (neutral and true pacifist ending). Feels were felt. ;_;
I finished True Pacifist a couple days ago, this game hurt my heart! Or should I say soul?

I was a Fan of Toby Fox's from before (as I'm assuming many are), because of his stuff in Homestuck. I love that they used Megalovania as a fighting song... my heart stopped when I heard the first notes I was like YEEEEEEEAAAAAHHH. All I have ever wanted was to fight anything to that song, really.
I had the same reaction too! It was so appropriate for that fight. It immediately brought back the association with Megalovania in Homestuck and just really drove home how serious that moment in the game was. Even for just watching a video of the scene (haven't played through that run myself because I'm a total weenie) it was heart-stopping.
I'm still really curious about Not exactly a spoiler for most but...
Gaster...I wish we could know more about him, but I'm pretty sure as of now, every player whose been researching and digging inside the files have probably found out everything there could be found (for now).
Makes me wonder if there ever is a patch, if more stuff is going to be added.
Maybe it's unlikely but...we can still hope, right?

I have found my people. Great character HAs, and excellent use of the Ice skin, !
I like that it has very well written characters, though comparing an antagonist as complex and realistically motivated to the actual antagonists (Flowey and Chara) makes it seem like it didn't reach it's full potential.

PS: The genocide route is a wreck
I got the game on the recommendation of my cousin - she adored the game, and told me I absolutely had to try it. Boy am I glad I did. The key characters - Sans, Toriel, Mettaton (<3) and co - were well-written, well-fleshed out. I do wish that we got to learn more about the side characters like Shyren though - they were interesting, yes, but often they came out a little flat compared to the phenomenal main cast.
After I finished True Pacifist though, I refused to touch the game again. Not even for a True Reset to replay a Pacifist route - and certainly not for the Genocide route. It's silly of me, and I might be the only one, but I think as long as I can, I'd like to give them their happy ending.
I yelled during the whole genocide route and I felt like a terrible human.

Oooh - good idea!! Heh, I made my HA Sans briefly before changing out of it - ya just missed it. Oh well. XD
Nice - I haven't found as many Undertale fans here on Subtea. None of my friends here are familiar with the game at all.
- at least you can say you had a complete experience...? I know I'd probably wipe the Genocide file completely by data registry if I ever did it. I know, it's a bit like cheating, but I'm too soft-hearted to stick with it...
- I find that Undertale - and its popularity - is really more for those who are online? My friends have watched Undertale playthroughs, but they don't really know the game that well and they don't quite understand the impact. It's really something that has to be played to be experienced fully.
