i would look… reasonably normal. boring i mean, my nose would have shrunk which would be cute but id also lose my eyebrows (i cant find any to put on this ha so shes just gonna have to live without em) so like… you win some, you lose some also my hair wouldve changed colour (hopefully without damage?) but thats not really a positive or negative
