Rather than a new day notification, if Raffles and Shinwa's alerts could actually be set for midnight each day (rather than 24 hours), that'd work perfectly - then we'd have a notice for a new day reset, and both those alerts would work at the right time. Those alerts are necessary (for me at least), as I use them as a reminder to actually do those things (which I tend to not bother with otherwise!) ;)

This would actually be really nice if we had a dailies page, it could link to there. I think mentioned there being a dailies page in the future? (I think, might be making this up, my mind does that sometimes)

Easiest solution - Just make pet spotlight every day again. ;]

But seriously, I think it would be neat to have something small. Maybe a little event bubble that appears and says "Yaaaawn! Looks like it is the start of a new day on Subeta!" and then disappears. It wouldn't have to be an actual event that shows up in the events bar or anything. Just a little bubble might be nice.
