I tried Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge (ewww), and none of them worked.

I've tried it on Chrome, Opera, Safari and Firefox but to no avail. I don't have Internet Explorer anymore so that's not an option (that and I'm on a Macbook Pro). - what's going on and why is it taking so long for the SB to be back up? :(
