I think, although I am not sure, that it was just a really limited release. I do have the from some point way back in the long-ago times of CWs, and iirc it was pretty much the equivalent of a one- or two-batch item. The only other Luna/Artemis items I know of are the Kitty of Hearts and the Kitty of Stars, both of which are also pretty much as rare as diamonds. 😿
