Want to ping you here. Is this being fiddled with? Everyone is missing facial features. The reset works at least to stop the HAs from being blacked out.

For now: go here and resolve your facial features. If you have a black background, you need to remove your hair on this page. Click on the 'remove your hair' button.

This is being worked on, but as we move the avatar system from the V2 to V3 wardrobe (as the original wardrobe is expiring in a day) these things are going to happen. I hope to have some documentation up on it soon!

I was having that issue too but I moved it to the right and it let me hit the x. You can also deselect it if you are on the page it is on in the wardrobe.

Okay, I'm pushing some fixes now for the black backgrounds, that should help that. The base features (eyes/nose/etc) are just a V3 fix for now!

Me too :) We're in the middle of a more-than-usual problem with browsers dropping support for some of the technology we use in our regular wardrobe very soon, and already the V3 wardrobe is significantly more stable / performant than the v2/beta wardrobe, so we're pushing people there even though it's not finished. And that means some of the backend stuff (like the new eyes/mouth/nose system that separates them) gets pushed earlier than we wanted.

OKAY eyes and mouths should be resolved and showing up in the next 30 minutes once caches reset. Sorry about that!

the noses should have already been showing up? Mine is? Which nose do you have selected, and do you have it layered above the base?

what browser are you using? I just opened it in Safari and Chrome and was able to change my base features. When you click, unlike in the V2 wardrobe, you have to click 'save avatar' to actually update your avatar on the site.

Are you using an avatar that you can't save because of the number of items on a slot / you had a GA before? Right now none of those sort of errors show up (I'm going to work on that now) but that could be your problem. If the save button doesn't actually jump and say "saved!" then it's a problem with something like that.

Go to the purchases page and buy more of those layers. They cost sP and last longer now, and also don't actually take sP at the moment ;)

I've just pushed a few changes, so maybe that will resolve the issues you guys were having.

Hmm. I was just able to go into the V3 Wardrobe and save your avatar just fine :/ Can you try again?

To fix the black base, go to the hair tab and click on the "remove hair" button, that should fix it! :)

Really? I can try again on your wardrobe, but you should be able to layer them all over the place!

Have you tried layering like this, with your eyes below the hair coupon?

(And your nose still shows for me on the site & on the wardrobe)

It's no problem! I know that it's going to be an adjustment, and I'm having to push this earlier than I'd have liked so I'm happy to be around to explain it :)
