this sounds like a glitch to me, I got it within a few tries. I don't think they should expect you to hang around forever either. Maybe file a Ticket in Help as time is running short?
Even after the guide....I'm not doing well with "Bluff" and I keep getting this...
"There was an error with your bid. Please try again."

: I was just wondering if i did something wrong, because there always was achievments for doing site event. I really appreciate (is this right word? my english isn't too good :() what i got :). Thanks for answering.
if there's an error with your bid, you have to bid on more dice that show the current quantity of pips that the other player bid, or make a bid on any number of dice that show more pips. Add more to your bid and see if it accepts it. If it does, possibly you should have challenged instead, but at least you will know if the game isn't broken.
you are welcome and no worries, it is a reasonable expectation. I rather overemphasized it over again because people kept on asking that repeatedly and with all variations in the news comments. More people than you will be reading the tail end of this than will go back and dig through the news comments so it will be helpful in general.
i'm starting to hate cripts... ><
stuck on piece 5. the gift center do i need to send or buy wrapping paper
buying wrapping paper or random wrapping paper starts the whole gift-sending process. This is what I did to proceed.
Your next step will be to choose who to send it to, whether or not you want to type a message, whether or not you wish your gift to be anonymous, and then select from your Inventory how many items to send. You can send up to 10 items to put in the box.
I usually have a bunch of scratch cards in my Inventory, so I sent a handful of those to someone in Welcomes & Introductions, and that worked. They didn't need to be my site-Friend.
I hate bluff.

How is that deciding that my "bid" is wrong?

Your bid is the number of (number) dice plus ones. If there are that many or more (counting all ones as that number!), then the challenger loses a die. If there are /not/ that many, then the one bluffing loses a die.
Hey, thanks for answering so many people's questions! I'm all over the place (just got back from vacation), so while I could make the guide, I wasn't necessarily around to reply to pings and stuff. Can I put your sn in the first post as an alternate person to ping with specific questions?

Nevermind, this doesn't make any sense. I give.

Let me give you an example.
You roll 5 5 1 3 6. Because of the wild 1, you can bid three 5, two 3, or two 6 and for sure win any challenge. If you bid three 5, and your opponent then bids four 5, you could gamble and bid five 5. this means you think your opponent has at least two dice that are either 5 OR 1. The 1s can be ANYTHING, like a wild card. If he then challenges you, say he reveals the following:
3 2 5 4 4
He would win, because there's only a total of four 5 (counting the 1 as a 5 from your dice). If instead he had
3 2 1 1 4
then you would win, because your two 5 and the total of three 1s means you were right.

Bids must go a certain way, they must always be greater. That is that. There is one and only one alternative to making a greater bid, it is to challenge.
Even if the bid-taking-script of Subeta doesn't know for sure or even care what your dice are, it does know how many total dice there are. If there are only five dice and you bid six dice of the same pip-pattern that Blake did, it is not possible and you should not expect Blake to let you win on it: you are not allowed to commit a certain loss if your bid will automatically fail an obvious challenge. Blake is presumed ahead of time to be smarter than a baby who has yet to recognize object permanence. You can bid very very risky, but not something that is flat-out impossible.
If you deem Blake's bid highly unlikely, you can try to bid higher unless your bid is impossible. If he is not bluffing and really got an improbable roll you lose, the end. Just like he would if you did.
If that makes no sense to you then just play lots of games and guess wildly. Your chances are not high, but they do exist.
Yes I can read the dice....
I just don't care to sit and try to figure it all out. So I just won't bother. Stop and try to remember the 1 is wild and the probabilities.

It's true, Subeta is just a game and some parts of it may not be fun to everyone.
The map pieces are granted to each person randomly, so the piece you are missing is not the same as the piece someone else who hates the same game may be missing. You may be able to buy the piece you are missing if it's one you would like to wear. There is no loss to you other than that one piece, there isn't a prize shop or Achievement or anything.
Yup. Agreed. I'm good with it.

mmm... maybe something wrong. I played cripts until i got a step away from the last room (damn then the last went wrong) but i'm still stuck... what i'm supposed to do? :( thanks for your help!
You should have the piece as of room 2. Did you talk to Blake again?
