Ah, I understand. Thank you for the reply and also sorry for the way I worded that. I realize right now the word I was looking for was simply "opinion" as I was just curious about how felt as well. But my post seems really accusatory or something in hindsight. xD I get wanting the rate to increase especially since I've seen a 1/30 ratio mentioned more than once, but I think a good alternative is doing like what they're doing for the beer contest and giving them away as prizes rather than upping it and potentially releasing way too much into the systemm.

I think they are too frequent, personally. I use to track them, before they became so common.

No problem, and don't worry about that at all! I didn't even read it that way. :P I do like the beer contest having forum points as a prize as well. I didn't realize that was part of it until a couple of days ago, but it's a good way to get some more points out there while being a nice perk for those who win. :) I'm curious where the 1/10 vs. 1/30 discrepancy comes from though. I'm guessing it's just luck of the draw as I can't come up with another explanation that makes sense, but it's surprising since it's such a large difference. I've been experiencing that rate a little too consistently for comfort too, but since I don't post a ton that could definitely still be coincidence.

I only have 10, so my rate's been about 1/60? It is a little frustrating, but since the items don't retire and we CAN buy the tickets with sP I guess it's okay.

I assume if my current commenting rate keeps up I'll have saved up for the Sangrif Vest in two more years. ;_;

The drop rate would be "fine" if no more items were added. Then we would have some hope of eventually earning enough points to buy all that we need. But with more items being added somewhat regularly, there seems to be no hope of ever getting the things we want.

I don't know if i have an opinion one way or the other. I don't post a lot so unless i buy the tickets from other users it'll probably take me an eternity to get the higher priced items :P

Ive been on for a few years and posted a few time, never to get any forum points. I think the drop rate could be a bit better because it seems to at the very least have a faulty distribution of points as some get more than others doing less.

I have yet to get anywhere near to catching up on the first 'allotment' of prices, when wandering into the shop the amount of wishlist items I have is too high ^.^ . But I am not a frequent forum fiend. I do try to bounce in every now and then. An increase would be nice but I understand why it is the way it is.

I am not a huge poster, but even when I have an exceptionally chatty time (ie an event), I don't get points lol I think I have all of 2. It seems to be the luck of the draw to me.... :)

I feel like I hardly ever post on the forums recently.. but I still feel like I receive a large amount of points for the posts that I do make. Maybe I'm not posting enough to notice that there aren't enough given, but I feel like for the amount I post- I'm happy wit the amount of points that I receive. Maybe thats because I'm hoarding them till I have loads to spend though :p

I go through times where I get a lot, and times where I get nothing at all. But it evens out and I'm pretty happy with the rate, I think.
