Yum! Sunday I made Salisbury steak with venison it was yummy! Gonna make the dang clam chowder at some point but forgot to buy the heavy cream

Going to go hem pants...kidlet started a new job at a Rite-Aid and can't wear jeans or sweats. (her whole wardrobe) I had to buy some slacks and now have to hem them. I wish she would just wear leggings, but since they don't have pockets she doesn't like them...can't carry lip balm without pockets...arrgghhh!

Do you use clam juice? That would be the only thing I'm missing D: Well also the celery, I wonder if I didn't put the celery if it would be a big deal. I am gonna use whole milk instead of the half and half XD Maybe if I use the juice from the cans of clams that will work for the clam juice?

Yes, I always use the juice from the clams,(and the 1 bottle) but I don't see why it would matter if you used about a cup of water in place. Also, I think carrots would be fun in place of the celery. And maybe some dried celery if you have it. I also like to add a little bit of Tarragon.
