Exactly! I only go every 12 weeks, in between, my sister-in-law looks after my hair, she is also a hairdresser yet now a mum, LOL. The salon is LaBiosthetique so something special, a real treat now and then yet I couldn´t afford it monthly.

I'm between Houston and Beaumont. LOL And it's possible though doubtful as all of my events have been private shindigs or in Louisiana. I love Austin, though and that's where I ended up getting married. Though I just think Houston is too ghetto for my taste. LOL

About 5 of my friends live in Houston and my uncle and family but I have never really been down there. I hear the traffic is just dreadful. I'm from the Dallas area.

traffic can get pretty bad but not nearly as crazy as Cali from what I've heard. There are accidents that take place at the same on or off ramps or freeways. I tend to steer clear of those in particular when I can. Currently attempting my hand at drafting up a five to ten year plan to get out of here. The job market isn't so great and there isn't a lot to do if you're not a huge boozer or cliquey type of person. And as someone who's not single or with kids it's even harder to mingle with other gals or find like minded people in general.

I'm good, just snacking. haha

I wish I could get away with going every 12 weeks! I used to be able to, (I did a lil touch up in between) but now I need to go every 6-8 weeks. The joy of going gray...and not even the pretty gray! LOL

I am doing highlights in 3 blonde tones so it mingles and lasts a lot. Coiffeur says if I start coloring, I am back every 4 weeks and I can´t close my practice that many hours every months or save up for that many hairdressers visits. He is 60 miles away and I have to go by train. Oh, greyish can be touched up wonderfully. I saw a woman once who had a white-greyish color which had a light pink sparkle done there, I was astonished that it looks so good! <3

That does sound pretty! My gray has too much dirty blonde still mixed in for any simple solution...A year ago I tried to color it all over, to save money, and it came out the brightest clown red you ever saw! LOL!! Now I will do without food if I have to, to keep it properly done by a good professional!
