Questions/Additional Info: I would like the alpaca itself to be recolored in the rest of the colors of the rainbow (but pastel versions of the colors) except that I want the indigo to be replaced by pink. So, there should be one pink, one blue, one green, one yellow, one orange and one red alpaca. I'll leave it up to you which halo recolor gets which colored alpaca ;)
Also, for the white halo recolor there will probably have to be a color splash behind it just so that the halo doesn't disappear XD
So, would you be up for this? And, if you are, how much will it cost me? Would it be $5 each just like the original? ^_^

Helloooooo sweeties! Just wanted to do a little housekeeping and mention that I am open for CI commissions (whether for actual CWs, or for personal use), and for recolors all the time except in special circumstances. You don't have to wait for an announcement if you're looking for either of those. ^_^
That said, I want to open a recolor sale soon! (After I finish what I'm currently working on.) But I want to feel the crowd - should I wait a while to let people recover from the PS opening? ^_^;;;
I didn't know recolors were an option at any time. That's exciting! (I'm new to actually commissioning anything)
Maybe wait a week or two and let my checkbook recover from overspending on the pawn shop...?
I would love a sale....but I am open to do recolors anytime. (I just like deals, hehehe)
Well, to clarify, that's just my personal policy! I know some artists have decided to only have recolors open at certain times, but I'm still able to offer them all the time. ^_^
I don't believe we've worked together on a commission before, so my recolor sale wouldn't apply to you right now - but good luck in the CW community! I hope you have tons of fun!
Hahaha who doesn't?! To be fair, I don't usually discount my recolors toooo much when I do a sale, but I try to throw in extras to make ordering recolors more fun.

Ooh, sorry for the confusion! Recolors/recolor sales only apply to commissions I've already drawn. I take slots from time to time for new commissions, but I'm not open right now. Does that make sense? If you have any more questions, feel free to ask and I'll do my best to help! I know CWs can be confusing when you're first starting out!
That is what I was talking about. I was excited about a recolor. :) I'm guessing what you mean is that it would only be a recolor of what you had drawn for me, and not a recolor of what you had drawn for yourself...?

I will still be releasing things I've drawn for myself in my shop thread, at regular price, but I probably won't release anything new til next week to give people a chance to breathe after the pawn shop sale. ^_^ I've never done a recolor sale on things I've drawn for myself, but the thought is interesting!
Not a problem. Like I said, I'm new to commissions. That being said, if you ever decide to sell recolors, I'd be interested since I'm not terribly creative and have no idea what I'd want to commission in the first place. :)

Ahh, well you should be on the lookout for design sales, if you don't know what you want to commission! Lots of artists (myself included) sometimes sell designs they've already made or sketched out. If you like it, you can buy the design and sell it in your shop! That might be a good option for you. ^_^
