Yay, I'm happy to help! ^__^ Also, this makeup sounds cuuuute. I am not hip to all the makeup on site, but I don't remember anything exactly like it. I think has some eyelashes with inner corner highlights, but I think they all have blush with them too? Not super sure, but I'm sure it's fine! I won't be directly copying or anything, after all.
EDIT: forgot to say, CIs are included in a CW commission. I do separate CI commissions also, which is why they're on the form.
Yes yes! And Nut and I are super close (our Colab shop and all, and practically being twins xD) and she knows this is a makeup I was planning to comm and has seen the pics on my bigger mood board, so she's cool with it xD I just couldn't decide who to ask for the longest time and you had PERF timing!!! :D

If you have your original reference you can send me that, or you can describe the neck tattoo to me and I can make it up as I draw.

In case you were confused, preview images are like the dressed HAs I sent you to use in your shop when I take slots.
As for my lowly artistic opinion (hehehee), it should be fine as long as the shirts are not super loose, or have big sleeves. I can always alter the dress to work with a chosen shirt, if there's one you have in mind you want to use. Also, you can try playing with and , which are older items that I drew.
