The girl quickly turned her face toward Sora. Her face was as red as a hot teapot. From frightened to furious in a matter of seconds,

Sora realized all too late what a klutz he is. He swallowed hard.

She sent her frying pan right into Sora's head, which was a thanks a lot. "You know that did hurt, very very much!" She yelled and crossed her arms, Pascal stick his tongue out.

Roxy hold her hands over her mouth while she're laughing at the scene. She had never seen Sora so confused before.

"Sora! Are your alright?" Kairi asked and rested her hand to his shoulder looking very worried if the love of her life was ok.

Aaron continues to wander around the forest, clearly lost.

Riku was surprised at how clumsy Sora had become. He had always thought that he was one step behind Sora at every opportunity. Today seemed to be a different day entirely.

-You alright, Sora? Riku knelt next to Sora and picked him up with his hand on Soras back.

-Don't tell me that you've gotten soft from sleeping too much at home? Riku smiled slyly.

-Thab bas breddy harb, i can'b eben tak like nobmally, ieech

Riku laughed, everyone joined in.

"I am truly, very, deeply super sorry! I couldn't handle my emotions there." The blonde said and looked deeply sorry for what she done to the poor young boy.

"I haven't been around people really before, I hope you can forgive me." The girl said a bit nervous while thinking about what her mother might do if she know that Rapunzel have been outside of the tower.

Kairi returned a warm and friendly smile while she looked at the blonde girl. "He forgives you, really nothing to worry about. Right Sora?"

Kairi looked at the boy, then returned the attention to te girl. "Oh yeah, you didn't tell us your name?"

"My name is Rapunzel!" The girl smiles and pointed to her friend on her shoulder. "And this is Pascal. Who are you?"

"Nice to meet ya, Rapunzel. I am Roxy, this is Kairi and the one who can't talk right now as you know, is Sora. And the silver head is Riku." Roxy introduced them all for the blonde girl who smiled wide.

Riku stood up & looked curiously at Rapunzel.

-What did you mean with that you're free? You seemed pretty happy for just going outside.

Sora started to stand up -I'm fine, by the way! Now we're even i think! But yeah, what did you mean by that? Did something happen?

Sora approached Rapunzel with steady legs

Rapunzel backed away a little when Sora walked up closer.

"Because the outside world is dark and cruel. At least that's what my mother always have told me." Rapunzel hold her hands tight with the frying pan.

"She cares about me, she don't want anything bad to happend. Now I really need to get back, if she found out that I am not inside the tower, it will break her heart." Rapunzel spoke and swallowed hard, some fear was showing in her green eyes.

She was about to leave the four, but Roxy grabbed a hold on her hand.

"Rapunzel. She really told you that?" Roxy asked, raising her eyebrow in a questioned matter.

"What kind of mother keep their children locked up somewhere? The world is'nt that cruel." Roxy spoke and showed a confused look on her face, Rapunzel looked at Roxy, and then down to her bare feet.

"I really need to go, I don't want anything bad happen to you guys." Rapunzel spoke eyeing everyone.

-Don't worry, we'll be fine! Said Sora, stretching his arms above his head, putting his hands behind. He grinned.

Riku looked into Rapunzels eyes with a hard gaze -We're exploring other worlds. Would you want to guide us through this one? We haven't been here before. He smiled whilst talking to her,

-Yeah! Sora exclaimed, -Why don't you come with us & help us find out more about this place. You seem to know your way around!

Rapunzel had never been outside the Tower before so why not go with them? She can also find out if it really is that bad, that her mother always had told her.

"W-well okey! But I need to go home before it's to late." Rapunzel smiles, Kairi nodded her head.

"We will bring you back home saftly! Don't worry." Roxy grinned and made a thumbs up to the blonde who giggled and did a thumbs up back. However Rapunzel didn't even know the meaning behind the thumbs up, but the she grinned and did the same.

"Thank you guys! I really want to, no I need too see the lanterns. They always show up on my birthday! Which is today."

"Happy Birtday!!" They all shout out.

They make their way through the forest. -How far is it to the next town? Riku peeked at Rapunzel whom was walking to his left. -I can't imagine it would be too far from here, since you can see lanterns on your birthday?

Sora was thinking to himself. Everyone could see that he was deep in thought, though. -There's a connection, there always is. I can feel it!

Riku looked back on Sora -You can always feel it, you always have a gut feeling when it comes to things like this.

To his surprise, Sora noticed that he had spoken aloud while thinking. -Whoops, ehehehe!

"I do to! It kinda sound naive but, I think the lanterns are for me..." Rapunzel spoke from her thoughts when she new she had spoken aloud she blushed.

"Ooh, you think so?" Roxy smiled, Kairi giggled and clapped her hands togheter.

"Well we will see and found out!" Rapunzel spoke and the five had leaved the forest and was now walking over a bridge that leads to the Kingdom.

"Wow it's pretty here!" Kairi smiles and looked herself around, people was happy all around and small shops was here and there.

"I like this place, it's not at all harmful or cruel." Roxy said and looked at her friends who was amazed as well. Rapunzel on the other hand had a bit trouble now with her long hair, Kairi and Roxy got an idea and braided Rapunzel's long golden hair into a thick but beautiful braid adding some flowers to it.

"Wow, thank you so much!" Rapunzel spun around and looked at her hair.

-Maybe you could do that to Riku too! Sora laughed aloud

Riku was amused -I think that it would suit you better, Sora! It's about time you changed your hairstyle.

Everyone laughed while walking over the bridge merrily.

"Sora is right, Riku. A little change isn't that bad." Roxy smiled and had a flower left in a navy blue color, she placed it in his silver hair behind his ear. The pink-haired girl got a faint blush on her cheeks, she though he looked adorable.

Kairi giggled and placed a flower in to Sora's brown hair.

"Aww cute!" She giggles when she had placed hers in Soras hair.

Rapunzel was looking at a big drawing on a stone wall, it was the king and queen with their little baby girl, who was blonde and had green big eyes. Shortly after Rapunzel danced around with a few kids.

-RAAAAPUNZEL! WHEEERE AAAARE YOOOOU? Mother ran around the tower, waiting for her beautiful daughter to let down her hair.

-Rapunzel! Let down your hair now! I'm home! Rapunzel?

Why wasn't she responding? Where was the golden hair? Maybe she's sleeping? But always wakes up when Mother comes home, singing up to her daughter.

-Rapunzel! You let your hair down in this instant! Still no response.

She ran around the tower and went inside the back door. She quickly scaled the stairs while keeping as quiet as possible.

No Rapunzel. She was nowhere to be seen. But she did find something. A crown. Why was a crown...

Raaaaapuuuuunzeeeeeel!

"Guys, look over there!" Rapunzel spoke and she saw ships and small boat's moving out to the sea around the kingdom. It was time for the lenterns and Rapunzel was full of energy, she couldn't wait to see them in person for her first time, 18 years she have waited for this moment to come true.

"Should we take a boat?" Kairi asked and looked at her friends. Rapunzel was already in one of the boats togheter with a guy, which the four havn't met before, but Rapunzel sure has.

"It's time to leave them alone, I think." Roxy smiles stretching her arms above her head, putting her hands behind. She looked over at her friends beside her.

Kairi nodded while she looked over where Rapunzel and the man, who soon was out in the sea with the little boat.

"Very romantic." The both girls said at the same time.

-Should we really leave them? Can we trust him? Riku always had trust issues

-He looks like a nice guy, and they've met before. I think she can handle herself if anything were to happen! He grinned while pointing at his head. He was still swollen from the time Rapunzel had slammed him with her frying pan.

-Yeah, i think you're right. It's your gut feeling, isn't it? Riku humored

-Yep! As always, i can feel it! Sora's grinned even wider

"They are in love, ofcourse she will be fine with a gentleman like him!" Roxy smiles and clapped Riku's shoulder playful.

Kairi was in deep romance thought and sighed. "I wish I had a life like hers, and a gentleman like him." Kairi spoke aloud, and didn't realise she had said it out loud. The princess of hearts blushed and hold her hands over her mouth. Roxy snickered of Kairi's sudden speech.

The sky changes it's color to violet from the sunset, soon there was one lantern showing in the sky that had made it's way from the King and Queen's palace. When it flew up in the sky the people has fired up theirs and let them flew in to the sky.

It was sure a beautiful scene to watch.

Sora was nowhere to be seen. Where had he gone to now?

-I'll go look for him, wait here you guys.

Riku left the girls next to the water & went looking for Sora.

After a couple of minutes, just a distance from the girls, there were 2 more lanterns lifting into the sky. From the faint light you could see two people. One with a row of tall spikes in his hair & one whom had hair that was reflective to the light.

It was Sora & Riku, releasing their own lanterns for Kairi & Roxy. They waved to the girls from the other side of the lake and started to run around.

The keyblade weilder and the princess was very touched, while they watched the lanterns fly up to the beautiful and colorful sky.

They looked at ech other with smiles on their faces, and walked to the boys.

Kairi swung her arms around Sora's neck and hugged him.

And Roxy wrapped her arms around Riku's neck, she stand up on her tip toes and brushed her lips upon his.

"It's so beautiful." Kairi gasped and hold her arms still around Sora's neck, watching the sky.

It's late-night now. Aaron had been lost in the woods for hours now. He can't see too much through the darkness. Where were the others? For all he knew, they hadn't even noticed his absence. Suddenly, a familiar voice is heard from behind

"You always were bad with directions, weren't you Aaron?"

He turns around. There was nobody. He looks around.

"N-Naoto..?"
