Ah this was a hard one to judge but I'm going to have to go with again. I really liked the black/gold thing going on that really went well with the hero counterpart of white/gold. She looks very confident and competent. My favorite kind of villain.

Ahhh thank you. I just joined style file and I wanted to try a contest and its for the light one. I belatedly realized it was the 31st not the 1st so inevitably pointless but I really like it so I'm pleased.

While it was down I joined up on subeta showcase as well, you should check it out! I'm pretty excited about it since that site doesn't require you to own the items and I'll be able to upload all my contest entries there. :) One site for all the stuff I actually wear on subeta, and the other for all the dream HAs I make with stuff I'll never own. ^_^

So today is a mystery condition yeah? Is it decided yet? Or is it Nature themed like suggested?

Speaking of which..

I've had a problem with the weekly prize. I didn't think to screen shot the winning entries that people wore. I also don't like that I alone end up making the final call on the best. Hindsight... So I'd like an opinion on how to better do this. I'll still hand out the snow queen eyes I'm just probably going to do that once I figure out the best method (this whole contest is still very much trial and error).

An idea is for people to like the post of any entries they really like every round?

I have a terrible sense of time too and it doesn't help the time zone is off for subeta... no worries.

I will probably join subeta showcase that looks really freeing. I like that style file has contests but sometimes I like to make dream avatars that are unfeasible on a budget lmao. I made my subeta fortune selling trinkets so I never have csc for cws which hurts my soul.

I do like the idea of 'liking' the post of entries you really like, but at the same time, you can relike a post each day, so techinically I could vote for the same entries (even my own) every day of the week and make my vote count 7 times. Also, I am like-happy, got a quick trigger finger and usually click the heart without thinking if any part of a post makes me smile.

Maybe we could smail you our favorite 3 of the week? And then you can compile the votes and whoever got the most votes wins? Or send our 1st 2nd 3rd specifically, and for each 1st place you give 1pt, for 2nd .5pts, and for third .25pts and whichever HA got the most points wins?

As to keeping track of the winning entries, it could be the duty of whoever is judging each night to screenshot/upload (if they wore it instead of posting) and send you a link to the winning HA. I suppose we could even refrain from announcing it on the board and just smail you our choice like that when we're judging and then when you come to ping the group for the next contest you can announce the winner. More uniform approach? shrug My thoughts are scattered... and I'm clouuudyyyy lol nerdsout

Same issue here. CWs are pretty much out of reach. The few I have were gifts/prizes/I got them at the pawn shop sale LOL

Ah see I did not know that you could like a post more than once! This is why I ask everyone before deciding because I don't always think/know of everything. The minds of many are better than one.

I can just keep better track this week and do last weeks raffle style. I feel like raffle style might even be fairer since everyone has there own tastes and if its only me deciding then its skewed by my personal tastes?? idk its just weird to me.

Like with the prompts I feel more impartial because I look at how well the entry fulfills the spirit of the prompt along side the aesthetics and technical stuff. But all the winners are so pretty but come from different prompts so they are harder to judge.
