Holy cow, I love this revamp! As for the book looking broken, maybe it is broken? Anyone know how with older books the pages sometimes break off the spine so there's this gap? Maybe that's what that is.

I really like the revamp. It makes him look more like an actual NPC than just some Ontra that wandered in to the Library, lol.

I love the revamp! He's one of my favourite NPCs and the revamp just ups the cute-yet-sophisticated factor. I want a real life plushie of him. :c

I totally love the revamp, he's probably my favourite revamped npc now. I love how he's distinguished to an ordinary otter with his dapper waistcoat. I know this was in the previous artwork but I love how Alex's missing some whiskers as it adds subtle depth. Great work! :)

Are the missing whiskers part of his story or just an artist oversight twice?

I just noticed this yesterday and I was wondering the same thing. He doesn't have any whiskers in the Subetapedia banner, so there's not a lot of consistency. (But then he doesn't even have ears there, so...)

I think he got them stuck in a book and they got ripped out, now they don't grow back.
