Honestly been reading lots of isekai/reincarnation manhwas. usually more on the villainess side. Though I also like the ones that are similar to Solo Leveling. Been having an obsession with villainess mangas/manhwas though.
reading Berserk for the first time! :0 a friend of mine is really excited to lend me the books. i'm loving it so far. i also picked up a random shoujo from the library today for something cute and comforting while it's getting colder, it's called Living Room Matsunaga-San. it's cute, but that's about it so far.
The one I'm making, in my signature, lol

Takane & Hana is what im reading. info:The meeting between Takane and Hana ends in an explosive manner, and Hana is convinced that she’ll never have to see that awful Takane again. But Takane actually seems interested in Hana! Exasperated by Takane’s immature attitude, yet amused and intrigued despite herself, Hana wonders if her hilarious rivalry with Takane just might lead to love!
Ive got a lot of books on my to read list.

I'm rereading Nana because I want to punish myself emotionally, cry because of the plot, and cry because it'll never be finished.
It's about two girls named Nana who happen to move to Tokyo at the same time. They become roommates and a whole story unfolds. It has been on hiatus for over a decade. The creator wants to finish it but cannot due to health issues. I appreciate her desire to finish it, but sometimes wish she'd just tell us what was going to happen. Maybe hire someone to draw it in her stead (she'd of course still be the plot creator). She kind of gives a glimpse of the future, but the story itself is not fleshed out. Plus, the future glimpse is not the end of the story.

Re-reading DOGS. It's still one of my favorite Manga!
I watched a few reviews for the Anime and yeah it's wildly different from thr manga. Also due to other directors and such stepping in I believe. It's very interesting all the same though!
It is wild how much they differ, but after reading the whole series, I can see where certain plot points were adapted for the anime, and the standalone movie (the old animated one) actually follows the last few chapters of the original manga pretty closely. It was definitely worth the read for me, and the sequel (!! I didn't know a sequel existed until I got my hands on this boxed set) actually has a linear plot that follows up on some loose ends from the original manga. Though it has an open ending itself... Found a lot of little nods to Appleseed (another work from Masamune) too, which I thought was really neat!
