I think another clothing sP sink that works more like the millionaire center could be good, but it shouldn't come through restructuring the SubQ. That's already fine as is.

Bring back the designers from the Tres Chic competition and have them team up to open a sort of competing shop to the SubQ.

I like the suggestion of bringing back some old SubQ lines for a limited time. Maybe the increased competition from a new shop could be a motivating factor for Esmerelda. She could bring back old items as a special to draw back customers away from the new shop. Vintage is in.
