Feel your pain my dear ...switched phone providers and suddenly the phone jack for my fax no longer works. Sat on Customer Service Hold for 15 minutes before the constant loop of wanky music made me hang up. Arrrggghhh!!! Then, waited another 1/2 hr. for a callback. Final result: now have to wait two weeks for a service call...this seems to be spreading like our Subeta Mono Virus...lol :)

- crikey honey big suckage. Twas Vodafone sim swap I was fighting with too. Now I'm waiting on a new sim and then I get to start the fight all over again. Live chat was getting me so pissed off. The adviser had asked me how I was and I said frustrated and then he took a whole 2 minutes to reply to every message -_-;

currently experiencing the "jump through x hoops" just to get one tidbit of information. Just need to know if my tetanus is up-to-date, but no. "Write a letter, either fax/come in person/mail, should take 30 days" or "get doctor to write and should take a week". Why can't you just tell me! ME the person who needs the knowledge. Aaaaarrrgggghhhh!

I suppose there is always a silver lining eh? :) This will be three months I'm paying for a phone I can't use, because if I turn it off and then back on they can't give me my number back. And while I feel stupid paying money for no reason, I don't think I can handle the stress of changing my number all over the place D:

Silver lining... I may just learn some technology repair skills because I'm gonna buy the part and try to fix it myself lol

for the first time in my 15 years of cell phone use I broke a phone. Those GIFs express how I feel too. Been without it for nearly a week. Thankful for my Nook and text free. Cuz I'm broke.
