Oh that's a relife! I thought for a moment my browser settings had gone nuts. It's made selection on the Back choices with items and games rather hard to find. Do we know what's caused it?

This has also broken drop-down menus for me - submenus for vault and shop disappear before I can select them.

for me, i'm assuming my font size (which is more or less normal) is the result of either my custom CSS or my browser settings (since i've forced a minimum font size for chrome), but what's bothering me is the bizarrely huge padding on alerts

im going to assume the padding issue is what's causing the weirdly skewed training center as well

Yeah, I'm not liking this at all. But you can use custom css to make the font bigger if you'd like—or even change it to a different font. Just replace the font and size with whatever you want:

body,html { font-family:helvetica; font-size:18px;}

Yeah, it's doing that on mine as well, which makes it extra hard, because I use the drop down menus as en easy way to get where I wanna go on Subeta

Ahhhhhahaahahah the battle quest main page is nuts xD the monologue about whatever takes scrolling the page 5-6 times to get to the start quest button

Considering the Quest buttons seem to look very different as well I don't think this is a bug. Though I have to say the small font really annoys me, I can barely read it on my screen.

Also, it totally messed up my Pet Profile codes, so I'd like to wait before fixing this (until nothing changes here anymore...?), instead of doing now, I don't want to fix it in a few days again when something on Subetas main layout is changed another time... :/

I'm struggling with this bug too, way too small. The alerts are pretty hard to read as well.

Yikes. Here's an idea- make the font's all the same size! Wow! How novel!

I actually prefer my font's small. Prior to the change, I have my screen view at a permanently zoomed out 90%. It was nicer. But now things are wonky- my general layout is similar to what it was, but the events have shrunk further. Tried it at 100% and the layout was just too large. (And by large, I mean, there is a ton of excess space in all the headers and layout features ultimately making it look cluttered.)

Change it back so I can re-zoom out!

I assume it's one of those "99 bugs in the code" situations - fix one thing, fifty other things break.

edit I kid. My font is teeny tiny too-and I have my font purposely large so I can see it. This will be fixed soon I'm sure...

I hope this is just a bug because its horrible.

Have to say the padding annoys me waaay more than the font. Everything on this site always gets hyper-padded when there's any changes. :K

Great to see that staff is using their time wisely. Breaking more things that were fine instead of fixing the things that are broken.

ok i just realized that the buttons in battles (i was battle marathoning before i took a shower, and when i came back it was... like this) have switched colors from red to obnoxiously blue, so now im convinced this was yet another case of "keith's weird development code leaked onto the site proper"

which makes sense when you look at this thing that was posted in the subeta tag on tumblr about a hour ago. i am noticing the similarities between the font and fischer price-esque levels of padding in his screenshot and what we're currently experiencing on the actual site

I now see the font at a reasonable size (in the new typeface). Looks like it's being fixed as we complain.

A lot of buttons are different, like the delete notifications and color of the Like button on the Pets page. I don't think its a bug either.

One of my pet profiles spontaneously fixed itself just now so I'm not sure what's going on. They might be continually updating it right now.

yeah um… not only that but pet profiles are now borked because of this change - positioning is off, and item image sizes have been reverted to the standard 64x64 so some of my TCs are messed up too (i have code on some of my profiles to reduce the size of TC items) . the reply box on forum threads is massive, text all over the site isn't where it's supposed to be… i'm really hoping this is a mistake and not a permanent change because i would hate to have to recode all my pet profiles (even if it would only require small changes, positioning is fucking annoying and i'd rather not do the trial and error thing right now).

oh and also the highlight color is now light blue instead of my computer's highlight color (which i have set to light purple), and gray in text boxes. uh… what's up with this :/

[edit] the font changed again!!! at least pet profiles look ok again and the highlight color is back to normal, but now everything is in, like, times new roman or something?? watch by the time i hit 'edit post' it will have changed again. i'm assuming this is all just the code being messed with and things will be back to normal shortly.

[edit] yep, everything is back to normal. haha false alarm, probably just someone fiddling with the site code and accidentally borking everything. don't scare us like that!! :P
