eh if you don't know how to battle weeks before the plot comes, you won't be prepared to beat more than just the weakest opponents. last plot they required a challenger that you could beat with an untrained pet only. they'll probably follow that format, only one challenger required for the plot, others are optional with extra prizes. ugh restock wars, I think they can do something more creative and less awful than those x)

Hm that's true. I was never too involved with the plots before, but the sitewide events like luminaire/fireside/anniversaries I was more involved with xD Just because items are practically shoved in your face at that point.

I don't remember what the restock wars were like, which is kind of why I want to see a comeback with them xD That and the reading drive? There's a lot of places on the maps that make no sense to me just because they're from plots/events I had nothing to do with >.<

I won't bother with scrolls until I'm at tier 3! Too much to take in at once xD

yeah most events don't have any battling in them, but the items are really easy to get and most things are pretty worthless. I like having some battling involved because then there's some rarer items :)

I apparently got two points in one war, though I don't remember it. reading drive will not come back in that form. maybe a toy drive or something like that. books have too many uses and a reading drive inflates them like mad.

scrolls are handy, but you gotta read to your pet so you have enough alchemy points to equip them. your first scroll should be I can make it for you if you provide me with some of the materials, I have most of the more expensive ones but I lack certain ones. costs 7 AP to equip it. AP = 1 every 16 int you get pretty much... slightly more complicated than that but you won't need to know that yet. 3 all defense 5% heal infinite use scroll.

Oh yeah I forgot about that.. books are already inflated as it is x.x A toy drive would be good :P it seems like all items are a bit jumbled in price with the restocking issues of late though :(

So 16 books = 1 AP point.. meaning 112 books to make the first scroll.. Are AP points the total of all your pets or just one?

What materials would you need?

prices are all over the place, it's horrible. I'd prefer just no drives in general, there's other options they could easily do.

they are per pet. AP is pretty difficult to get and is fairly expensive but it's just as important as any other stat

Yeah item drive + recycle beast are enough.. I just want something competitive with teams and a goal like the quest-a-thon had.

Is the only use for AP to make scrolls? & What does AP stand for exactly?

AP = alchemy points, it's only use is to equip scrolls. so the more AP you have, the more scrolls you can use in battle.

I would prefer a competitive battling plot, where you pick a side and then fight. but too many people would be upset because there aren't enough people who battle to focus a whole event on that other than a week long war or something.

I do all the events, I have been on subeta for so long it isn't even funny.

I don't understand scrolls, I got two out of the donation corner, and it shows up sorta when I go to battle but it doesn't let me use them. I am tier 3

Someone put a ton in the donation corner the other day I have been doing battle quests every day but can never get above level 10 lol. Maybe they will help!

I think what people are most upset about is missing out on items due to not having a high enough tier pet. I'd love to see a competitive battle event, so long as I'm not missing out on huge sP payouts and prizes because I'm only at tier 2

I feel the same way Comfort, I have a tier three pet finally, but I feel like I can never beat anything with the events, the mini battle events I usually can beat almost everything and that is fun, but not so much when I die instantly

I think it is better to sell the hp potions and just use the healer, not sure if that is really the best way but that's what I do. Again not the best battler lol

Its looking like it. I always wondered why so many people sold theirs, I have so many in my vault waiting to use it when my battle pet needs it xD

Not only that do you do the battle quests? Usually I will heal when I am in the higher battle quests but when I start from battle quest one I usually use that as an opportunity to heal by pet without having to use the healer or a potion.

I have not done battle quest yet! It hadn't crossed my mind yet, I had been working on a pet for so long and never used him xD

Battle quests really help! I just started them I wanna say sometime this year and I have been on subeta for 10 lol. Never had a battle pet before. He gives you tons of exp so you can level and make your pet stronger faster. It is rather helpful.
