Ok I'm freaking out! I'm trying to get together a bunch of 500 Point Wizard Tokens for my giveaway...so I used the Wizard Exchange...I thought it would give you a greater amount token for a bunch of lessor value tokens. I had 25 x 20 Point Wizard Tokens in my inventory and I used the Wizard Exchange and the 500 Wizard Point Token I should have gotten didn't go to my vault or my inventory. Does anyone know why not?

thank you! :) wizard exchange moves tokens from your inventory to your vault. if this didn't happen, you should file a ticket because something went wrong.

have you tried an account search just to be sure you didn't accidentally move it somewhere?

This is what happened and also a copy of my ticket: Hi!! At the Wizard Exchange, I exchanged 25 x 20 Point Wizard Token to receive a 500 Point Wizard Token. I was fairly positive I had 2 in my vault before the exchange, and after the exchange I still had only 2.

But then I wanted to check it, (just in case I was crazy) and I traded 3 x 15 plus 1 x 5 to receive a 50 Point Wizard Token. I looked before I made the exchange to make absolutely sure, and I had 207 Point Wizard Token before and 207 Point Wizard Token after.

And again I didn't 100% trust myself, so I first searched "token" in my vault and I did not have a 2 Point Wizard Token so I decided to try it one final time...after exchanging 2 x 1 Point Wizard Token I searched my vault and did not have the 2 Point Wizard Token! Amount of missing tokens taken by the greedy wizard = 552 Browser - FireFox Thank you for looking into this!!

have you checked here? wizard exchange just eats tokens puts them in your currency.

So where do I turn 25 20's into a 500?

put them all into your currency bank with wizard exchange, then go to cash out and type 500 on the line and click "remove tokens" you'll want to say you figured it out in your ticket xD

it's quite a convenient feature, I remember always having 5k tokens in my inventory at all times.
