Also, I'm beginning to believe that my HA disappearance IS more of a glitch because others who have disappeared have reappeared within a few hours. . . I am going to make another ticket and see if they can't reset it because I don't even have a base showing in my wardrobe. :-( I even tried saving my HA without and zip. SO I think something beyond the event is up. I'll keep you updated!

Anyone else notice when you file a ticket, it takes ages for a response? Back in the day, simple tickets took 1 hour. I filed a ticket yesterday asking if IPs could be added to this computer and the one soph/ahreum share (those friends sohee was talking about, want to play here around us, but their mum said no to bring their laptops over) And When I've done this in the past, it's a simple, give the name, and done. But this time I had to answer questions that didn't feel right, and it's been awhile since a response...

Really? I made my ticket yesterday morning and was assigned and responded to pretty quickly. I'd say responded and solved in under an hour! I think it depends on what the ticket is for though and who has the power/knowledge to answer it.

For adding IPs (other subeta accounts onto computers with accounts already on them). I only have 2 laptops to share, Sophie and ahreum share my 2nd one, due to they only have lil notebooks, that are strickly college. Me and SoHee share a computer since she spends most her time here or at work, rather than in her home. Plus she only has a tablet, and even playing it with that (I have those 2 in ones so my laptop can pretend to be a tablet) with subeta I was like 'yeah that isn't the best idea'. Subeta you kind of need a mouse :x I've had all these added within 20 mins in the past. WickedLovely, Shaiya, LesleyK, and HayLin use to share an IP with me back in the day with Sophie (only one laptop back then) but they deactivated with sophie when I was going to quit. I stayed and now have become active, and they see me play, and want to play too. I got Sophie and Ahreum on last month, and told the others to wait a bit so it wouldn't seem so bad, but with an event about to take place, I want them on~ I made this ticket yesterday evening, telling them the situation, and [b]asking]/b] if it was ok. Seriously if they have such a problem with it, say no. I have a headache enough with my own account, the other girls take car of theirs. Each girl has their own browser, with their account, lodge, squiby, facebook, and email +any other thing they do, and we take turns sharing the computer, or durning events keep tabbing to different browsers while sitting next to each other. Here are those questions:

I haven't gone grey yet either. I did a bunch of quests yesterday and nothing. I'll keep trying today and hopefully something will happen.

I think they are ruling out cheating to be honest and making sure everyone has their own account for real. I can't be sure cause I'm not staff and I've never had to do that. Nobody but me plays Subeta in my house or in any of the places I've played it. Most don't know about it. shrugs

i had all those questions to when they froze me, last year. I told it all fair, it helps but in my case i did not. Still got frozen.

Anyway i am the only one who lives here (accept my cat Puk) and plays subeta. Not letting anyone use my computer.

See that's what I'm having anxiety over. It feels like I'm being set up, even though this has been ok for the 8/9 years I've asked if I can share. I don't have any warnings, I have always asked them before I did anything possible of going against rules. I don't want to lose my account because I shared my computer with others, which brings more active players to subeta.
