Okay this is really weird haha.

Chiming in that I'm having this problem, but it's with the 60m slot not the 20m. I bought the 20m and 40m earlier without any problem, and I just got back online to get the above mentioned error when trying to purchase the 60m slot.

For the record, I have like 130m onhand, too.
