So I'm in need of some help. I've been making my own profiles and artwork for years using PSP by Corel. I loved this program! But I just switched from PC to Mac and it's not available to me anymore. I'm trying to use GIMP right now but it's much more confusing and time consuming. Does anyone know of a program that would be more easily usable?

Also, I don't yet own a drawing tablet so I'll be using my mouse.

Thanks in advance!

i use pixelmator and firealpaca. pixelmator costs i think $20 in the app store and it is a very good, robust program almost on par with photoshop for a fraction of the cost. firealpaca is free and works a lot like SAI.

Thank you! I've never used SAI and I'm testing out photoshop now. I'll try Firealpaca now and see how it goes. I really appreciate the help! :D

If you have a Mac, the automatic answer is Adobe Photoshop. It's .

But it does cost a lot and is for the serious graphic goers, meaning there is a lot going on in all the Adobe programs when you start digging. You could look into getting an older version of Photoshop or look into Photoshop Elements which is a simplified version of Photoshop.

I have used Paintshop Pro in the WAY past but I think that is for PCs.

Corel Draw?
