I've just looked into the (regular) wardrobe again. Thanks to this morning's major lag my HA loaded piece by piece. Thus I could see that under the wig it IS wearing the right hair, background is white, all clothes and my base are there, everything looks just fine. I clicked "wear outfit" again, got message "saved", however here and on my dashboard etc. I still see myself as an invisible woman on a black background.

A friend of mine just got her account yesterday and is having this problem, so I am sure it doesn't have anything to do with trying out the V.3 wardrobe. I am trying to help her cause I understand subeta a bit more than her, but I guess judging by this thread I'll just have to tell her to wait and see?

It is sad though, I'm worried she might be getting the wrong first impression.

Glad to see that I am not the only one with this issue. I also can not change my expression, it is set to happy but she looks displeased. I have the black skin and background, did not set any sort of background, and I don't recall doing anything to cause it. I think it just happened to me. I'm new and wasn't watching my HA in my dashboard very well though, so I'm not even completely sure when it started. I can not open the Avatar section of the wardrobe either, and nothing loads for me in the Beta wardrobe. I did get to play in the Beta once, but that was it.

It happened to someone me and my friend brought to the site as well. within a week of her account being made (and it's not v3 because I didn't know it was around, therefore she def. didn't) her HA blacked out and she's using the vanish cream and latex skin at the moment. I worried same as you, about bad first impression. Been this way for her ever since this thread was made.

I bought the new male Boutique wig and I was going to dye it but if I do, it renders my entire HA except my clothes black.

This is happening to me since I visited the v3 wardrobe. Didn't save or change anything. Bought a new GA to test a possible solution for the problem, got the following error

After all it's been quite a while since it started and HAs are one of the major features of Subeta.

I had to run my sister's subeta account for a while when she was traveling and couldn't get to a computer for over a year, and once she got back a few days ago I started my own. I know how to work the wardrobe, so on my own account I was messing with putting hair on the HA, and then it went black, and I can't take away the hair anymore on the regular wardrobe, and on the beta I'm completely black. Is this something that's only happening to newer profiles?

I'm having this problem as well, and I am relatively new to subeta. I hadn't even heard of the v3 wardrobe. :/

Hello there, people!!! It's way over a month, that we started this, why is nobody returning to this topic?

Today I went to the wardrobe once more. Nothing at all appears/loads on the base/avatar page. So I went to the beta wardrobe. Unfortunately I was not aware and much too late read the note "All changes on this page are made automatically when you select, no need to save!" Not a good idea at all! Don't you trust us to be able to press the save or save and use button? I'm sure it is not only me, that wants to look at different things and being able to revert to the original, without having memorized all the old parts?!

Anyway, I looked at the lower naked avatar again, while trying out bases, eyes, etc, but niothing changed. Then i noticed it was changing on the top, dresses avatar only. If at all, that is. Most bases (most prominently the "normal" ones) and eyes do not work! All of a sudden I was - and stayed! dark purple (and that showed on the lower HA as well). Even the ivory tones I had clicked prior did not work anymore. Eventually I could change to this dark brown as kind of best fairly natural choice. My eyes are something ugly as well, which I can't even find on the list of choices. My background is still pitch black.

Please, somebody drop us a line here, if anybody is working on the problem, that we have not been completely forgotten or tell us the fix!!!

I don't know if there's been a fix to this, but I've also had this problem since I revisted Subeta about a week ago. Is there something being done to solve this?

I started playing Subeta again about a week or so ago and I have also been having trouble when changing the base of my avatar. It's very frustrating! Does anyone know of a fix or work around yet?
