Hi sweetie, I just wanted to let you know you submitted the overlay file of the pearls with the background you probably wanna submit the transparent one. If you don't have that copy ask , but the current one would get denied.
Thank you for catching that! Who can I submit the transparent one to or am I just going to have to wait for it to be rejected?
You would need to cancel this submission one and resubmit the transparent file. Are all the files you got from the ones that you posted in the first post? If that's the case you'll just need to ask her for the transparent overlay, if you have another file that you didn't post in here then that's the one you would need to submit.
Ok just cancelled. Yeah those were the only files I got so I will resubmit once I have the appropriate files. Thank you for your patience I did warn this was my first time doing this xD
It's no worries. I mean this way at least you don't have to get it rejected for having a white bg. I understand Cathii has been very busy lately so it's an easy mistake to make. When the right files are uploaded on subeta you should see the item on an HA and you'll know that it's the correct file. :)
