Are Maleria, Pete, Alexander and The Wizard purposefully dicking around with Shinwa every single day? What is she doing to fix that bracelet, Elmer's glue? Tapioca starch? Baby powder?

I laughed. So, the lore is really deep, Shinwa vs. Maleria stuff, it turns out that Shinwa and Maleria used to be friends, and now it's actually one of Shinwa's sole duties, to watch Maleria so that she doesn't do anything horrible. Yet, somehow, every single day, Maleria manages to slip into Shinwa's midst undetected, and.... Steal her bracelet ??? It sounds like literally one of the most petty thing you can do to backstab an old friend. She then breaks it and hides it among the same few quest givers and it's up to you to recover Shinwa's bracelet. And that's it, that's the story

I never even thought about that, lmao. I love it. I wouldn't think dicking around with a goddess would be a good idea, but I guess maybe the Wizard's magic protects them all or something? And if that's true, how is it that a simple old man has more powerful magic than a goddess? Maybe the old Wizard isn't just an old wizard.

Maybe Shinwa is just a few cards short of a deck. A failure in the upstairs department. Incorrectly wired. Not quite there. Y'know. Maybe she's Subeta's Groundhog Day/50 First Dates equivalent.

Oh my god. She actually does have a memory loss problem. Maleria & Co. are keeping up this ruse to protect her and make sure she doesn't have a breakdown. They go in during the night and fluff her clouds, pet her sheep, wash the dishes, and steal the bracelet that was broken on the day she lost her memory. Every single day. Damn. Now I feel like an ass.

And one day she'll say "I think the Wizard has it" And you'll be like... Who's the wizard? And. Now I'm sad. ;n;
