No problem! Also if this item DOES get approved and you want to make it in one of the darker skin colors (which rarely gets interest... but is mostly what I use T_T) I'm more than willing to give you a free recolor in the color I'm most interested in (which I believe is the third to last darkest).

I think the curve will be more subtle in the finished version, but I don't want the rug to be 100% straight or else I feel like it just doesn't have any characteristics to it at all unfortunately! And yeah, I believe I said before there would be no HA cut out (I just have the HA above it atm) but I may have just thought I said that, and forgot to actually type it =P

aw gosh thank you! then the right thing to do is to save you a free copy of it if there's enough interest ;v; i'd like to get one or two colors on the darker spectrum out, is it this one?

Yeah that's the one I usually use C: A copy is usually part of the fee for a CW (we didn't agree either way, I didn't even think about it until now) but I'd be more than happy to pay for a slot on the darker one. I really don't use the lighter colors so I'd have no use for those =P

I am going to next work on previews with full HA's / other BGs depending on what your item is, and then tomorrow some time during the day I am going to ping my group and start trying to get slots filled. I will be asking my group first and attempting to fill all at once. Anything that doesn't fill a first batch will then go to my thread shop and I'll try to finish filling there! Since there was a little confusion during the start of this, I just want to specify how and when recolors will be done! If an item fills a 1st batch without me losing money to submit it, I will be then contacting you in regards to your top three recolor choices. I will then take those three options and asking my ping group which they'd be the most interested in slotting on! If that color also fills without a loss, I'll be doing your second most popular option. If any of the items reach this point where the 1st and two recolors are onsite, then I'll contact you again and we can talk about more details! I am a strong believer in not making more than 10 recolors of a single item, so that is the absolute max items you'll get from this contest, but like I said, I'll only be continuing if I'm not losing money on batch 1! Recolors may not be slotted on in quick succession. For example, I may wait a few weeks or even a month or so before working on the second recolor. This is mainly just because I have a lot of other items I'm currently working on as well that I don't want to get shoved behind and lose interest on =P

I think for maybe it'd be helpful to make the color of the cake different for each one, and possibly the little fruit piece as well, just so that it's easier to tell at first glance which is which! Also I'd say 250 csc each, or I'd also be willing to say no fee in exchange for copies n_n

that sounds like a good idea! and omg ;-; that'd be great. you can choose whichever choice youd prefer! i can always totally do the csc option for any colors you don't want so it could be a mix of both.. it's all up to you :)
