These limits were put into place to get rid of trolls / people who join the site, make five pets and abandon them which we had a problem with before adding these rules. I don't think they need to be quite so long, though!

I'm going to change the limits (for now) to the following:

• To abandon a pet your account must be at least one day old.
• No limit to adopt a pet from the adoption center.

I'm also going to come up with some ideas on how to prevent pets that are obviously made to toss in the pound (terrible names, default color kumos, etc) to be 'ghosted' or just removed from the site since that's what will happen at some point anyway. Defeat the trolls with technology!

Most people who join the site simply to troll last about four hours.
