It seems lineart is still an issue. At this time, I'm unable to fix the orb CI because somehow my psd file has saved itself at 64x64 and I no longer have my working size.
I will submit it with the original frame as the "Frame of the Falling Nebula" and hopefully there are no more issues...as it seems that one has also saved itself at 64x64 headdesk

Alright, so was just approved, yay!
However, it has been brought to my attention that the filter was saved upon a white background when submitted. No idea how this happened, since I saved it without the white background so I could show you the previews :/
I have submitted a ticket to get this issue rectified, so hopefully it can be, soon!
I apologize for the messes regarding this item. Hopefully my future releases won't have as many problems as there were with this filter!

Thank you for posting this and updating us. I was a bit confused when it wasn't a filter, so I'm grateful for the clarification. And no worries with the issues - where'd be the fun in life if it always ran smooth, eh?
UPDATE:
Despite my explanations and pleading with staff to reconsider, they were quite adamant in their refusal.
A filter being saved & submitted upon a white background, I was informed by another, is not an uncommon mistake amongst artists. So for staff to say that they are completely free of blame is a complete and utter lie. They are aware of this common mistake, yet they do nothing to address it.
I say staff is of partial blame, because I initially submitted the item under the 4k csc category. Obviously it was meant to be a filter since submitted under the category of 50% or less opacity.
Instead of stating why I should submit this under the Full BG category of 5k csc (png was saved upon a white background), they simply told me to submit it as such. Their ignorance and vagueness prevented me from catching this mistake.
However, I am still at fault for not double-checking the submission files.
I am truly, very sorry for this inconvenience.
And if you're all still willing to deal with me after all this fiasco, I can submit the filter again and make sure that it stays a filter. I submitted it for testing purposes, and this is what it was supposed to look like on the submission page: clicky.
Unfortunately, I still have no csc, so I don't have the funds to reimburse you all, nor pay for all the slots on the filter and distribute the copies... So, for the 8 of you that paid for your slots on the please let me know how I can make it up to you.
I do have a proposal for you, in case you don't have an idea of what you would like as compensation:
Proposal
600 csc credit towards my future releases (you can use it all at once or in parts),
though I'm unable to accept these credits from everyone all at once due to my situation.
If you choose to accept this proposal, the use of such credits will be dealt in a first-come-first-serve manner.
i.e. 1st batch @ 700 csc/slot for a 5k submission item, there's 1.3k worth that I can give towards the credits, assuming it's a full batch. If the first two people choose to redeem all of their 600 credits, then they will pay 100 csc each. The third person will only be able to redeem 100 of their credits, paying 600 csc and leaving a balance of 500 credits. The other five people will still have a balance of 600 credits, but must pay the full 700 csc. Hopefully this makes sense.
@ Sarvek @ Ava @ Warrior I am leaving the decision of resubmitting the filter up to the people who paid for slots in 1st batch.
If it is determined by majority that they do not, then I will not be resubmitting it, as it's been a cause of trouble.
- I love it as a bg too, so I'd take both/whichever. Don't worry; the CW staffing is a disaster right now. :( I'm sorry you're getting the brunt of it too.

MAN i'm super in love with the filter so I'd be A-OK with having another crack at it tbh! I'm super bummed this happened, especially since they ambiguously mentioned it should've been in the 5k category without like...idk. IDK. I WONT RANT LOL but that's a lame thing the way it played out but the filter is rad so! i'd still be super into it. c:

Aww, I'm sad to hear it couldn't be fixed. I would love to see it resubmitted, since I'm still interested in this as a filter. Sadly I don't really see myself using it as the full bg it now is.

I was super upset that this happened. The ticket responses have left me more upset than this situation, however. That is all I will say henceforth regarding the tickets, otherwise I risk retribution xD
