I got to the page where the guide said my clothing needed updating, with links to the Clothing Rack and the cash-shop sets, but the "I'm finished, let's continue" link (Or whatever it says, I left the page) simply refreshes instead of moving the tutorial forward!

Having the same issue. I'm stuck at the wardrobe/hair section. I keep clicking to move forward but it just shows the same page over and over.
