His eyes are Bright Green. :)

I want him to be kind of strong but free/gentle/flow looking, kind of like your example for Chibis.

Yup! I actually just added some human and humanoid examples up in my first post. They can be found in the "chibi,"busts," and "simple shaded fullbody" sections. ^^

The styles for them do vary though, but it's mostly based on which tier you'd like. ^^
