I think this item might be categorized wrong. I was wondering why this was at 43mil in user shops and then I hovered over it and saw the category it's in is special? That doesn't make sense the rest of the Electric Guitars restock in the music shop so why is this one in its own category not restocking?

Was this released some other way than the music shop? I know that sometimes, an item out of a set was like a collection item early on but I don't know if this is similar?

I don't see why it's r150 (like it's not an old collection item as far as I can tell), so I've gone ahead and made it restockable from the Music Shop. It's higher rarity, but it should start making an apperence on site more soon :)
(i checked the like item id of it and the one right before is another guitar that restocks so I don't think it'd be a trivia prize)
