Rarity 83. I haven't seen any in the galleries, trades, or user shops since it was released. Is it restocking in the Beanbag Shop?

It is restocking (there are a few on site so far). Remember that restocking has been changed quite a few times recently, so it might take a bit of time for it to get out?
