I tried the mini sprints a while ago where i forced myself to get more than 5mil a day and to actually note down how much I made.

I DO CINTHIA WITHOUT BEING FORCED TO. i do skip alexander

I always set little mini goals for myself and beat myself up when I don't make them xD
