I have made a log on pages 10 & 11 of this board, to show how frequently this is happening, and I have not logged every single error that I have been receiving daily. Trying to access gallery, main shops, inventory etc.. ~

Can anyone give me some advice? The site has been acting very strange this evening. At first it was just a little bit slow and I kept getting serve connection issues pages. You know. Error with Subeta servers, please try again later. Only When I tried to do a quest it kept saying I didn't have the right item but when I checked my inventory the item had gone. What's more I received a gift today from an anonymous player (thank you!) and now three of the items have gone as well thanks to these error pages that ate the quest items. I tried check the bug forum but all the possible sub-forums on the report bugs side of things have gone. I go to the page but they aren't there. This is the only one I can access thanks to a ping someone sent me. Has anyone else had this trouble? Can anyone advise as to what's going on and what I should do?

Lag issues have gone away for me. Only problem I have now is none of the pages on subeta will load all the way. They hang up with the blue circle in the browser bar spinning nonstop even after the page finally loads. For those like myself with chronic dizziness issues this is a big problem.

I'm using Firefox latest update but have similar issues with the latest chrome browser as well. Only mentioning it in case others here have similar problems. Thank you kindly for your time and thank you for the help ❤.

Endless loading pages are back with a vengeance... They were only happening a few times a day earlier, but today it's been pretty much constantly. I'm back on the cycle of closing down firefox because it lags up all tabs.

I see a lot of "waiting on js.intercomcdn.com...". Don't know what it means, but it's different than the stats.pusher for a change.

~ Is someone working on or even looking into this situation? As this has been going on for the longest time.

On page 10 of this board, at the very last post. On page 11, I have been editing to show you how frequently this is happening throughout the day for me. (from 1/7/2016 to current) Not all has been posted, as I did miss a few. However, this has been ongoing prior to the DDoS attack ~ :( ~

The endless loading didn't stop yet, it's been more than 2 months already. And now we have more issues PRE snowmen event:

1. when getting a buff (shops or wizard) the page is lagging and then giving the error + the item in the shop is not showing in the inventory.

2. when there is a new restock in the shop the page just lagging for 1 minutes.

So I can't do anything really...

I know I have been one who has been having consistent problems with this issue, and it has been way over 2 months for me. Something has to be done about this. I really don't want to come across as being a negative person, all I want to do is enjoy the site. However, having to deal with this issue throughout the day on a daily basis, is a bit much, and makes it less enjoyable.

Right now everything takes forever.

I'm getting neverending loading pages, I've been unable to re-arrange my Pet treasures because of this. Please fix it, I'm tired of begging for the site to actually work.

Getting a lot of 502 errors all day and now it happened when I was autopricing my shop so I got penalized for doing it (can't do it again) but it never actually priced it.

Never-ending loading here too. I've had it for a long while now. Since before Thanksgiving at least. Almost always waiting on stats.pusher.com. Occasionally it'll be img.subeta.net. instead.

Latest version of FireFox all the time because its all I can use at work and it auto-updates. The only add-on/extension is Ad Block Plus. (Bossman got tired of the ads that run alongside his email inbox.) As far as anti-virus software we're running AVG Free and Malwarebytes.

Edit: The last handful of reloads have been okay. Everything loads proper. Crossing-fingers.

I've mentioned it on the "Constant 502/504 errors" topic in hopes somebody might perhaps acknowledge that thread (which sadly noone did, either :( ), because this one has been neglected more or less with short time promise of getting rid of the pusher site since I created it. This decision has been changed, pusher came back with a vengeance, has been getting on our nerves without a break and been even worse over the last couple of days.

Do we actually indeed again need that pusher stuff for running the site after all?

Forever spinning loading circle is back with a vengeance and it's taking the whole computer hostage.

It won't even go away anymore. Yesterday I had it for several hours, looks like it's the same again today. Closed down firefox 4 times already, usually the loading from stats.pusher.com stops, but now it just keeps going...
