I'm not experiencing any lag, but the pages almost never fully load. I can sit on a page and the wheel will endlessly spin in the Firefox tabs.

Is anyone even looking into this?

In the latest Firefox browser I use the pages load endlessly. Even if they do load all the way it still shows the endless blue spinning circle that keeps going and going where the picture of the blue kumos should be in the browser bar tab.

Also I seem to be getting the dreaded 502 error everyday between 7pm and 7:30 pm when trying to pick up my pets from the training school and trying to put them back in again it says this:

It ate one of my pets stats that I just earned for her XD.
I'm still trying to pick up my pets from training and putting them back in and it seems to take at least 5 to 6 minutes with pages hanging up at times. I'm not complaining at all just a bit curious is all. Thank you kindly for your time and have a great day ❤.

the lag is crazy

That post is from 6 months ago. Did you ever receive any answer from the customer support? People are still experiencing lag and endless loading pages for the past 6 months without any answer if anyone is looking into this, or trying to fix it, or even acknowledging the fact that this is still happening?

Site changes, server improvements, cloud... still getting lag and errors. :(

Duuude, hello the damn lags. Error 504, pages forever loading ..

Some acknowledgement, at least, would be nice.

i just reverted to the default subeta theme/ layout.. also removed all my site bookmarks. the lag seems less... but i'm not impressed. the site behaved better after after the recent server change. but then, since the site killed itself.... not so much... :(

i hope keith and the other programmers can figure it out between 2 bites of Xmas steak XDD happy holidays to everyone.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think a direct result from the never loading pages is the fact that I also haven't been able to order my stickers for several days. The sticker page never stops loading, and even when I manually stop it, I still can't move any stickers around.

Well, I guess I'm just one more who gets neverending page loads and more error pages when I used to get none. Also, cannot order my sticker page. Is this even being looked into? it's been going on a long time.

The endless loading is annoying but not nearly as bad as the lack of acknowledgement by staff that this issue is still ongoing and/or they're doing anything about it.

I agree with you Isabella, and I really enjoy keeping my stikcers in order which I can no longer do.

I don't know if it is the js/pusher or something else, I cannot reorder my stickers and was looking for someone to address the issue. I was sent to this forum. I seem to have a lot of the same issues as others here, error pages and pages that never stop loading.

I am still having a problem with endless page reloading because of the script.

Still have the endless reloading issue on FF 43.0.2 last version.
