Nope, they aren't! The white versions were Christmas presents for and so they are the only ones besides myself and Styx who have copies. The pink and brown were also gifted to friends for Lumi. None have any restrictions, though! The blonde one is completely public and was slotted/sold for my groups.. though I did gift two copies of it.

(this is handy so i thought i'd let you know too) The old Noir took slots on it, but actually released 's hair! On a related note, it's super easy to find out who released stuff if you know how - you drag the item image to the url bar, like that hair is , and when you drag it, you get this url: https://img.subeta.net/items/custom/435698_168588.gif The number that I bolded is the user ID of the releaser of that item! So then just go to the wishlist page and add on /userid (so it'd be https://subeta.net/wishlists.php/435698 in this case) to the url that's already there, and it'll show their wl, where you can see their name. ^^
